Summary: Only stayed here one night but it was a great spot for 4 friends. It is a second story walk up. Didn’t cook or shower so can’t comment on the amenities but it was easy to find and get into. Easy communication with the host. Note there is no parking but there are garages about a half mile away for 30/night.

Summary: We were there for a couple of nights. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 5. Within walking distance to all the sights; some good dining options close by as well. It is on South Street, so can get a little noisy at night, but we are a family that sleeps with the TV on, so it didn't bother us at all but was definitely noticeable. Host/Mike was great!

Summary: This place is fantastic! Perfect size (read LARGE) for my partner, myself and our kids. While we didn't spend a lot of time at the property, since we were out exploring, the time we did spend there, we were able to comfortably spread out - there's two bedrooms at one end of the property and across the condo there's another one with 2 beds. Our kids took one bathroom and we took the master bath, which was plenty of room! We were walking distance from everything we wanted to do (12 mins to Indepence Hall, 15 to the Museum of the American Revolution) and there were plenty of amazing places to eat. My kids loved federal donuts, which is a 1 minute walk from the front door. The property was clean and we felt safe, even staying in a city none of us had been to before. The building is secure - the street entrance to the building requires a code to get in. The only downside, which we had NO problem with because we're used to city noises, is the street below can be pretty noisy in the evening - music, people talking, cars honking. The easy way to remedy that is a noise machine or ear plugs, but again, we didn't consider it a negative because we live in a large, noisy city too, so we were lulled to sleep. Parking is not free. We paid 30 a day for overnight parking, but well worth it for how close we were to everything we wanted to see and do. The walk to parking is maybe 2 minutes. Thank you Liam and Mike for sharing such and amazing space and helping to make our trip so awesome!

Summary: We enjoyed our week here. Plenty of restaurants and grocery options within easy walking distance, as well as historical attractions. South St. can get a bit rowdy on the weekends but that don’t make us like our stay any less.
